No one is authorised to make such promises on our behalf, in a sales call, message, ad or otherwise. The only exception is a written guarantee set out in our Refund Policy or your signed client agreement, on the conditions stated there.

2. Results and testimonials are not typical

Case studies, testimonials, screenshots and revenue figures on our website, ads, social media and calls show what specific clients achieved. They are real, but they are not typical or average results, and they do not predict yours. Many clients achieve less, and some achieve nothing. Where we share numbers, they reflect those individuals' situations at that time.

3. What your results depend on

• You: your work ethic, consistency, skills, experience and willingness to follow the process.
• Your business: your offer, pricing, positioning, delivery capacity and track record.
• Your market: your niche, competition, deal sizes and sales cycles.
• Your resources: the time and budget you can invest in tools, data and team.
• External factors: the economy, platform changes (for example LinkedIn or email deliverability rules) and regulation.

We do not know these factors for you, so we cannot predict your outcome.
