1. Who we are
Uncapped Acquisition is a trading name of Uncapped Acquisition B.V., registered under number [Registration No.] at Dokter Frans Fouquetstraat 13C04, 6211 WH Maastricht, the Netherlands ("Uncapped Acquisition", "we", "us", "our"). We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.
This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit uncappedacquisition.com, book a call, join one of our programs or otherwise deal with us, why we collect it, and what rights you have. Questions go to help@uncappedacquisition.com.
Our website and services are aimed at business owners. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. We never share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for their own marketing.
2. What we collect
- Identity data: first and last name, job title, company name, username.
- Contact data: email address, phone number, business and billing address.
- Financial data: payment card or bank details, processed by our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers ourselves.
- Transaction data: what you bought, when, and payments to and from you.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, time zone, approximate location, and login data.
- Usage data: how you use our website, program portal, community and content, including course progress.
- Profile data: your account login, application answers, business goals, feedback and survey responses.
- Communications data: call recordings and notes (with notice), emails, chat messages, and your marketing preferences.
We also use aggregated statistics that cannot identify you, for example the share of visitors who view a particular page.
We do not ask for special category data such as health, religion or political views. Please don't send it to us.
3. How we collect it
- Directly from you when you fill in a form, apply for or book a call, buy a program, join our community, subscribe to our newsletter, or email, message or call us.
- Automatically through cookies, pixels and server logs when you use our website, open our emails or click our ads. See section 10.
- From third parties such as analytics and advertising platforms, scheduling and payment providers, and public business registers or professional networks like LinkedIn.

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we have weighed our interests against your rights and only proceed where yours are not overridden.
5. Marketing
We send marketing emails only if you opted in, or if you are an existing client and we are promoting similar services. Every email has an unsubscribe link. You can also email help@uncappedacquisition.com at any time. You will still get service messages about your program, invoices and account.
We will never sell your data or share it with another company for its own marketing without your explicit consent.
6. Who we share it with
We share personal data only with parties who need it to help us run our business, under contracts that limit their use to our instructions:
- Service providers that process data on our behalf: CRM, email and marketing automation; scheduling, video calling and call recording; payment processing and invoicing; contract and e-signature; course and community platforms; prospect data providers; automation, messaging and project management tools; web hosting, analytics and advertising platforms.
- Professional advisers: accountants, lawyers, insurers
- Contractors who help deliver our services under confidentiality obligations
- Authorities where the law requires it
- A buyer or successor if we sell, merge or restructure our business; they may use your data as this policy describes

7. International transfers
Some providers are based outside the European Economic Area (EEA), mainly in the United States. When data leaves the EEA we rely on a European Commission adequacy decision (including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified) or on Standard Contractual Clauses with additional safeguards where needed. You can ask us for a copy of the relevant safeguard.

We may keep data longer if needed for a complaint or legal claim.
9. Security
We use access controls, two-factor authentication, encryption in transit and reputable cloud providers. Only people who need your data for their role can see it, and they are bound by confidentiality. If a breach is likely to put your rights at risk, we will notify you and the regulator as the law requires.
10. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to run the site, and, only with your consent, analytics and advertising cookies and pixels (for example Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel). You can change your choice at any time via the cookie settings link in our footer or in your browser.
11. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of your data (access);
- correct inaccurate data;
- delete your data where there is no good reason to keep it;
- restrict how we use it;
- give you your data in a portable format;
- stop using it based on legitimate interests (objection), and always stop direct marketing;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing.
Email help@uncappedacquisition.com. We may need to verify your identity. We respond within one month, extendable by two months for complex requests, and we normally don't charge a fee.
12. Complaints
Please contact us first so we can try to fix it. You also have the right to complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens or the data protection authority in the EU country where you live or work.
13. Third-party links
Our site may link to other websites and platforms. We do not control them and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Read their policies before sharing data.
14. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version; material changes will be announced on the site or by email. Please tell us if your details change.
